Therapy
We provide therapy services treating individuals, couples and families in the Woodland, Davis, and Sacramento California area. Therapy can be useful in addressing a variety of issues including day to day challenges, depression, anxiety, anger, interpersonal boundaries, communication skills, and trauma.
Insurances: Optum Behavioral Health, Health Net (Managed Health Network), Aetna, and Partnership Medi-Cal
Out-of-pocket: $180 (per sixty minute session)
We provide therapy services both in-person and through teletherapy. We use a HIPPA compliant platform to protect your confidentiality.
EMDR Intensive Therapy
We offer EMDR Intensive Therapy for 2-3 days on single issue processing. This services is currently being provided exclusively with Vanessa Areiza King, MFT. Please call Vanessa at (530)646-6321) or email at vidacounselinginc@gmail.com to schedule a 15-minute consultation.
Please note that we offer EMDR as part of our regular therapy services, which can be covered by insurance. EMDR Intensive Therapy is a separate, specialized treatment not covered by insurance.
Immigration Psychological Evaluations
We offer psychosocial evaluations for immigration both in-person, as well as teletherapy on a HIPPA compliant platform. We can complete the following evaluations as part of your immigration process:
Extreme Hardship Waivers
Cancellation of Removal Waivers
Asylum
Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
U-Visa
T-Visa evaluations
Immigration psychological evaluations are not covered by insurance. I charge a fee of $1100 for a completed evaluation (this includes time spent completing clinical interviews, reviewing supporting documentation, and copy of signed completed evaluation for client and client’s lawyer that provides clinical diagnosis, diagnostic criteria, clinical summary, and clinical recommendations). There is an additional fee of 50% for expediated evaluations
